Cowgirl Dust and Diamonds (CDD/www.CDDcustomTack.com) is a very small, one woman shop owned and operated by Erica Smith. As a one woman show (who also works full time at a day job), it is quite difficult to do all that is required to run the shop and advertise on a regular basis. That is where you come in.
What we are looking for/Requirements to apply:
* People who LOVE Cowgirl Dust and Diamond Brand Tack. The perfect candidate will already have CDD tack and will be able to testify through their own personal use and experience what they love about CDD. After all, how can you promote a brand you have no experience with? If you do not currently own CDD Brand tack, you must commit to getting something (even a small something like a noseband) in the first 90 days probationary period.
*Minimum of Facebook and tiltok social media accounts, others are all a plus. Social media is where it’s at. I need people who are fluent in different platforms to help spread the word.
*There is no age requirement, however you must have your OWN accounts. Your parents can't do this for you. If you are a minor you must have your parents permission to do this.
*This must be your only Leather Tack maker ambassadorship for the year.
* Present yourself in good manor. Rude, bad, disrespectful behavior, or poor sportsmanship will result in immediate termination. Remember if you wear our name, you not only represent yourself, but CDD as well. If you are always in the middle of drama or like to air out drama on Socials, you need not apply.
Support your fellow riders, be courteous and kind to people and animals alike. Be someone others can look up to. Be someone that makes CDD proud to sponsor.
* Share any posts, photos, blogs, etc made by CDD on as many social media platforms as you can, as often as you can. These posts must be public so they can be viewed by everyone. The goal is one per week.
* Be familiar with the website and what is offered.
*Join the private ambassadors FB group and check in regularly for any news or updates.
* Respond to as many In Search Of ads as possible with an example picture of what they are looking for.
* When you post about your rides, shows you attend, accomplishments, etc tag www.cddcustomtack.com for the website, @cowgirldustanddiamonds for the facebook page, or #cddbrand for instagram. Make these public.
* You may share anything I post and add your code, but you may NOT put your code on my posts in the comments. That defeats the purpose of your mission. If you do this, I will delete your comment. I already did that work, I need you to take it a step further. Or 2, or 3. :)
Always be tasteful and respectful, ask questions if you need help, etc.

If you are inactive for 3 months without communication with me, your ambassadorship will be cancelled, and given to someone else.
If you are selected you will be tagged on facebook to message me. I will not chase you down. If you don't respond you will be passed over. Yes, this happens every year.
What you will receive:
* decals, shirt patches, and business cards are available for your use as needed.
*you will have the option to buy additional CDD merchandise such as branded jackets immediately. These are ordered directly from the embroidery shop and I have all that info. She also offers vests and other items. Just ask.
* You will be given a Promotional Code to give away (CDDNAME): 10% off for all family, friends, and any other person you advertise to. Each time it is used you will receive 10% of the order as store credit to be used towards a custom purchase. How much money you rack up, depends on how much you help sell. We would love everyone to earn a fully sponsored tack set from CDD. This will be tracked as store credit on your website account.
* AFTER 6 MONTHS PROBATION, A 20% discount on your own custom orders. This is in addition to any store credit you have earned.
